order tutoring sessions through mobile app

Project description  This is an application that lets teachers and tutors register and create a profile... Where Students whom are looking for a private tutoring session/s can request an appointment through the application.  Please note that this application will be sold for different uses too, such as clinic appointment scheduling or football playground scheduling... (The core is the same, but some fields will be different so we use the same app code with some editing to fit the new purpose) Functionalities THE APPLICATION IS ON IOS & ANDROID and it's 2 languages ( ARABIC + ENGLISH ) i can translate the arabic part Registration/login - On the home page you can register/login (or use it as a guest). In the registration page, you can either register as a tutor or as a student  User can login through email .email id verified from the back end and then it automatically divert into student or tutor. Tutor  When you register as a” Tutor” these are the following inputs: - Name - mobile number - Location ( allow auto detect using GPS) - Educational institution ( school – Collage – academy) “ Drop Down menu” - Grade/s that the tutor can teach “ Drop Down Menu” - Subjects (math – chemistry – physics - ……..etc.) “drop down menu” - Summery ( info ) “ text box” - Then the system will generate an auto ID number that will appear on the search (the name won’t appear in the search for security reason) - He will agree on terms and conditions then his profile will be sent to admin page for approval. ( his status will be “ pending for admin approval”) Once the tutor is approved, his status will be “NOT ACTIVE” because he needs to activate his account by paying a monthly fees of 10 KWD. If he clicks on NOT active word ,the system will take him for payment page, there is a monthly subscription fees of 10 KWD for the tutor ,, and 20 KWD to be in featured ( so he can stay at top of the list compared to the other tutors from the same category or “ grade”) Student  students can start as guests and register once the booking is over, Or they can register from the register page - When you register as a” student” these are the following inputs: - Name: - Date of birth ( not age) - Mobile Number - User name ( optional) - Location ( auto detect) - Grade - Email - Then he will go to agree on terms and conditions page User profile - In the main menu the user can check his profile and edit it.. He will find in his profile as follows: Tutor Profile  My appointments (where he can check his schedule and appointment, with the option for it to be canceled. “ in that case a notification will go to the student where he will have to choose another tutor or time” Notification will go for admin informing him that this tutor (with ID and name has cancelled this session where you mention session details + tutor details)  Edit profile info ( his name – number – summery … etc)  Account status ( active- featured – not active- pending for approval)  If he clicks on not active ( he will go to payment page where he will choose 10 KWD for 1 month or 20 KWD for featured . then pay for subscription Student profile  Edit info  Check appointments  My favorite teachers ( list of his teachers that the students want to be saved, he can add them here by clicking on teacher ID and select “ add to my teachers” Admin user interface  The admin interface should be able to change/edit the application as a CMS But the important features are as following:  Approve / decline new users ( tutors or students)  Reports: o Top teachers o Top Students o Daily /weekly / monthly / yearly orders o Daily / weekly / monthly / yearly income o Top subjects ordered o Top grades ordered  Add remove advertising in app (Splash screen – google ads integration – main menu ad small ad size on bottom)  Add/remove featured teachers in app.  Add categories / subcategories ( grades and subjects)  Change contact us page  Tutors list ( how many paid order for each tutor ) and how many cash orders or credit car Home page of student  home page of a student is searching screen.  From this page student can easily search the tutors by filling the following fields - School name - tutors name - specialized subject - select gender of tutor - searching location  after filling all these fields click on the search button  then new page opens (tutors list)with some results of tutors(like name,which subject specialized,kilometers,map).  Click on the map will show the loction of the tutor .  If the student wants to book the tutor then click on the book button.  After clicking the button new window will open in that window student should give the date of appoinment,time,comments after that click on book appointment.  After clicking book appointment it will shown in the my appointment page  From there user can cancel the appointment Home page of tutor  Tutor can view the pending appointments list  tutor can accept or reject any appointment  clicking “my appointment” page will show the appointment list which accepted by the tutor. Edit profile  Edit profle by clicking the edit button showing in the left drawer  From there user can edit all the profile contents lik e (name,mobile no,etc..). Log out  Clicking log out will logout the current user Application Scenario - The user will enter the app where he will see a splash screen (full screen Advertising intro) When they press skip They enter the main page where they will find the bellow:  Top of the screen (login/ register)  Institution Drop down menu (school/ collage / academy)  Grade Drop down menu (1st grade/ 2nd grade ….. 12th grade)  Subject Drop down menu (math / physics / Arabic / …… etc. “admin can add as much subjects as he wants)  Date & time of session (optional)  The search button  After the user press on search a list of related tutors IDs will show: Tutor 1 ID Featured rating **** Tutor 2 ID Featured Rating *** Tutor 3 ID (top rated Tutor) rating ***** Tutor 4 ID (2nd top rated tutor) Rating ****  If he selects the tutor, it will take him to the tutor page where he will see the following: - Tutor ID: - Tutor Summery - (Add to my favorite teachers’ button) - Share (on social media + WhatsApp) - Book schedule (date & time) - Show only the free time of the tutor - Each session is 1 hour so if he books 2 hours,, that is 2 sessions - Select location of session ( allow auto detect) - Pay Button - Radio button (Cash – Kent *this is the credit card name in Kuwait) - Take him to payment page  Generate order number  Send 2 notifications: one for the tutor and another for the student with Location ,Date, Time number of other end (you send the student phone number to tutor and tutor’s phone number to student)  Also a reminder notification before 2 hours should be send to tutor Influencing app  [login to view URL] Check this app. You can have influencing from it
