I am looking for a programmer to create an ASP project with at least two databases, one for users and one for scholarships. I would like the website to function like [login to view URL], but just the functionality, like the user sign up, log in and questionnaire. When a new user fills out the questionnaire, it will give them a list of scholarships in accordance with their answers. For example: Find a scholarship: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] A page for others to update, submit their scholarship: [login to view URL] A working contact form I will be handling all of the design, HTML, CSS, content, etc. I just need the empty ASP project. I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Express, so I need it to be compatible. I would like the ability to manage the databases going forward, adding new scholarships, etc.
