Redesign/upgrade of website to .NET/XHTML

Upgrade [login to view URL] to ASP.NET (C#) and make the site valid XHTML. Transform it from a table-based design into a lightweight SEO-optimised CSS-based website. Implement a CMS-system that make updating of content easy. The bidder should also have programming skills (C#) and be able to take on some development of some new features and integrate that in the new web - this will be specified later on and added to the project. The whole site should validate according to webstandards The website will finally be installed on our webserver and all scipts and code (such as CMS-system) will be configured by the bidder.
