Advice needed. Tortoise-SVN, how to move repository?

Hi, I had a Tortoise-SVN based repository in my old PC. That PC is crashed. So the directory contained the repository is copied to new PC. Now, can you please let me know how to re-create my repository from this old directory in my new PC? I googled about how to do it, but could not figure out how exactly to do it. One suggestion was to use "relocate". But I dont know if that is the right solution and also when I do right click on my repository directory, I am not getting the "relocate" option in the context menu. So I am stuck at this point. Thanks in advance.
