Hello, I'd be happy to assist you with this utility. I can deliver it using .net 4.5 and C# as a Visual Studio solution as a desktop application that you can schedule to start on Windows startup. It will automatically log on to the configured FTP server and directory, looking for the defined csv file name and if a new file is found, pull it and merge the data with any local file. Any change in the remote file will be treated as "new data" meaning all the contents of the changed (new) file are to be appended to the local file, without checking for duplicates. (Or.. if the data in the csv files can be identified I'm more than happy to filter out any duplicates if you like) I'll provide a robust application with a configuration dialog allowing you to easily set up and verify settings and will be available for future enhancements at any time. thanks Janos

Hi, I have written a complete FTP manager (that upload/download to/from configured folders) in .NET as a windows service (handled through a GUI app). If you are interested I will write your app as windows service (can be start/stop through a GUI app) so it will keep running in background and will auto start on windows start. Or if you want we can just write a simple GUI app that will do the work but in this case you have to keep the app running (may be minimize to tray). networked apps are my area of expertise.I can write this app in few hours.
