Create Apple Mac Program

I'm looking to get a program made. There are similar programs out there currently but I am looking for something small and specifically created for me. I am looking for a small looking lite program with a client and server side. I am opening up a small business with couple of computers there and the following are basic example features I am looking for. - I am looking to be able to capture another computer screen at any given time. - Be able to key log if possibly. - Maybe to control computer as well.(if possible)
