Develop a Mac Application

I am looking for experienced Mac App developer. One should be experienced in developing Mac service (running in background), and networking. The app is basically a Spyware to send screenshot to server. Here is the notes to the application to be developed. - App should be compatible with Mavericks, Yosemite or later. - App should start whenever Mac is started. - App should run in background all the time. - App should wait and listen the ping from server (server is developed already, and be provided once we start project). - Once app gets ping from server, it should be connected to server (accept & bind). - App then makes a screenshot of current screen, save it to a file, and send it to server. - Once a session is completed, app returns back to listening state again. - App is for local use only, not for Mac App Store. - App should not consume much resource (cpu time or memory) of Mac. - App will work in local domain, ipv4. - App should be bug-free and should not crash at any case. - App should be developed in maximum 3 days. Server app is Windows application and developed & tested already. Supervisor will input IPV4 ([login to view URL] or any other ipv4 assigned to Mac client), and click "Capture" button. Server app will send ping to Mac client, and get screenshots from Mac and show it on supervisor's computer. Server app will be provided once we start project.
