Need fix mirror issues on existing Android app

I have working android project. It plays mutiple music the distance between current location and the predifined location from XML files. Currently the issue is that the music is not smoothly changed and not correctly changes as the location. I need to fix it asap. Looking for high skill developer with GPS and Media player.
