I need a pattern etched on a copper board. Please refer to the picture attached for an illustration of the pattern to etch. The dimension of the board needs to be 200mm x 200mm with a thickness of either 2mm, 1.8mm, 1.6mm or 1.4mm. I need 2 quantity. I prefer one board to be 2mm thick, and the other board to be in a lower thickness. However, if 2mm thickness is not available, then I'm okay with getting two quantity of the next possible thickness board in the same thickness. You will be buying the two copper boards, etch the patterns on the them and send them to me. I prefer someone who lives in Singapore or a country nearby so that the shipping cost is reduced. In your bid please include the cost for buying the boards as well as the shipping cost to Singapore. For the forwarder, I'm okay if the board takes 2 weeks to ship to me. I will pass you the finalized pattern design in .ai or in jpg when you have been awarded. Lastly, in your proposal please indicate the board thickness you can do. Thanks.

Here in Japan, have local quick-turn PCB capabilities and can do these boards in 4 days + shipping. Can ship over by SF Express which will take maybe 3-4 days max to SG. 2mm, 1.6mm thickness no problem. Would need about an hour or so to convert from .ai (would probably prefer dxf) to Altium PCB file and output gerbers.

Hello. Have a nice day. This is for electro-adhesion isn't it? :) I made a simple robot arm and a gripper like this. You can see it in my portfolio. I can actually find 1.6 and 1.4 mm boards. I'm sure they will be in local stores. But I have to go and have a little search to find 2 mm boards. Sorry I didn't include copper board and shipping prices in my bid because I have no idea how much they will cost. But I can assure you that the boards will not cost more than 6$. And for shipping it only takes around 20$ on DHL. If I use normal post It'll definitely cost less. I can add those prices as milestones. So if you are interested, please contact me over chat.
