Add Multi Server Support Feature to Our Site

We have a file hosting site and currently all files get uploaded to the one server we are on. What we need is a highly experienced php expert to add multi server support in our admin, so we can add new server info and then the script will upload files to the servers with the most space avaliable. So for example we can add 3 or 4 servers and the script uploads the users file to whichever one is less loaded.
