Combination of jQuery's plugins

I modified opencart and added some effects like slideUp/Down etc but I don't have time to do the rest. I am using jQuery and jCarousel along with a tabs plugin and cloud zoom. Inside carousel there are two rows of images, one for each product. When the mouse is onhover I want the div to extend like [login to view URL] - remember I have one image/product and the extension covers 2 x 3(colums) images. Inside the extension there are some tabs. When the mouse clicks over a small image or is onhover of the big image the cloud Zoom plugin will be used. Under the image there are some links that change the image and must have the same effect (cloud zoom). The carousel will probably include 200 images and will use AJAX for changing the content. The problem is that jCarousel breaks the a tags and Cloud Zoom requires small images to appear. Also the carousel must have a method scrollTo. Summary: I have developed the extended div (image, tabs, data, forms). The zoom requires some modifications. The project is combining the code of jCarousel (or alternative) including two lines of images with image onhover extension, image zooming and AJAX. I want a person/group that will start when I assign it, not after a week or so. I was very disappointed by some freelancers.
