Create a bidding website (Project 1)

We want to develop a website with bidding function. The website will be separated into four individual projects. Next project will be granted after the completion of the previous one. When placing a bid, please tell us in the description about the quoted price and time needed for each individual project. (But you will be only bidding for Project 1 for now.) If things go well in the 1st Project, the winner of the 1st project will be automatically granted with the 2nd project and etc. Projects require documentations. Payment will be consists of 25% for kick-start; 25% for documentations (after approval of the documentations); and 50% for finished project (bug-free). We are looking for a long-term business partnership. As our website is expected to be solely built by the same team/person; any add-ons, updates or maintenance would be best if handle by the same team/person. Projects brief: Project 1 - Web frame a. Two types of accounts: buyer and seller b. Member Registration – i. Buyers need phone number; verification via SMS ii. Sellers need Webmaster approval c. Home Page – Seller able to upload photos with descriptions d. Set up the database Project 2 - Bidding a. Sellers able to put items on the website b. Buyers able to place bid c. Result d. Payment Project 3 - Customized features on bidding and Result a. Advanced bidding – separated auction into phases with results of the previous phases shown (discuss later) b.
