ASP/JSP-Fun and Easy Project

Hi. I have a small possible project. I have an excel spreadsheet that we keep track of our company documents on. There is also a link within the spreadsheet that goes right to our documentation tool. I want to create the spreadsheet to be able to be updated real time. Meaning I don't want someone to go to my webpage, download the file, update it, save and reupload to the web. I have heard that this can be done via asp or jsp. I use Dreamweaver 4.0 for web development so I can post the asp or jsp code right into my web page to upload it to the web. Then I would like the user to be able to fill in information and click submit and do a refresh and the new data is shown right in the web page. Is this possible? Attached is the spreadsheet so you can get a feel for what I am looking for. If you feel this can be done, please let me know which programming language you'd use (so I can make sure it is compatible in my workplace) and how much you would charge for the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows and Office 2000.
