Listings are searchable by a variety of parameters, including minimum number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price range, pets allowed, with/without photo, building size, property type (home, apartment, condo, loft, etc.) location (broken down deeper by address radius search, zip code (with and without radius), amenities, and keyword. Searches can also be done by location region, so all properties in a particular pocket will show up without any filters. Map search is desirable but not mandatory ??" depends on cost.
