Backend Admin for Flash

I need three things: Backend login page that i can modify and change password and login to when ever I want. I need an admin side that can change two things xml file or files with any tags to affect the text, and an uploader that can drop an image or swf to a specific folder. And lastly I need a front side page that shows the updates What I need is something I can learn from, I make flash sites, but not dynamic ones. I want the ability to change your three pages to work on any site I make or create. So what I would need is a step by step instructions on what to change to configure it to work on any site. In time I will be able to modify what I have learned and build up it. So this would be more of a tutorial from you. So the three pages do not have to look nice at all, like I said I need something I can learn from and a step by step instruction on what to change to configure for a particular site. if you have a site like this that you can teach me step by step how its done that would be great. But please nothing to complex, atleast for now...=) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
