Box.net Clone Wanted

Hello, I am setting up a social networking website. I would like to add a feature to it similar to [login to view URL] where i give each user 1gig of space where they can store any files that they might want to. I would like to give them an option to either hide the files from their "friends", share the files with all "friends" within their network, or share one or multiple files with select friends in their network. The site is quite robust and offers a very nice UI. I expect the provider to be familiar with web2.0 technologies (LAMP, Ajax, Javascript) as well as Atom and configuring API's.
