Classifieds Web Site

I am looking to purchase a custom classifieds website. This cannot be off-the-shelf software, it must be 100% transferable. It needs to have all the bells and whistles, account management, upgrades, photos, categories, etc. Users can browse all categories, search for items, and sort results based on time or price. Users must be able to edit their listings as well as purchase additional upgrades after the initial sale. Member area password protected. Admin area password protected. Session Timeout & Error Handling is a must. All data and members/users, pricing, upgrades, etc. must be able to be administered from a management set of pages. (protected) The system must be designed for Win2K Server, IIS 5 and SQL Server 2000. Pages to be primarily written in ASP (some javascript may be ok, just check with me first) All calls to the database must be to stored procedures from the ASP page. I need alot of features (without getting rediculous) You must have a testing server setup so we may view the status & discuss progress. I already use AspUpload, AspJpeg and AspEmail on the server, please design for these components.
