Create a specific database website

Do Not just bid saying "I can do this" rather explain how you plan on going about it. Anyone with out this explanation or plan will be ignored. A site that will have three classes of users: The Client will be able to log in&make entries into a table. For each sub client that he creates, an ID code&pass code will be generated. The sub client will be able to log in (using the ID&Pass code)&updates certain variables regarding his status for his entry only. The Client will be able to log in&see all his sub-clients statuses,&be able to print up different types of lists/reports (pretty basic, ex: export to excel, etc..) regarding the status of his clients. He will also have a few additional fields on the sub-clients record that the sub-client does not have access to. The admin will be able to view everything, as well as create a client account. Here are more details of the capabilities necessary for the site 1) Info taken from the sql records, will have to be able to be parsed into a template and downloadable as a PDF. 2) Recrods will be sortable based on users choice 3) Event manager, will be able to write notes on indivudal records, and can filter based on selection (yes/no) etc... 4) Individual records will be able to be grouped into groups (size of each group/and amount of groups will be desginated by event manger. This will have to be drag and drop. 5) Event manager will be able send a message to all people that are part of his event 6) Event location can be integrated will google maps All the features of [login to view URL] BESIDES THE PHONE SYSTEM. That will be integrated later. ONLY BID IF YOU CAN COPY THE FUNCTIONALITY LISTED THERE. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
