Customize AuctionWorx multi-seller auction site with PayPal split/chained payments

I am starting an auction website to sell used baby gear (multi-sellers), and I'm interested in using AuctionWorx software as the platform: [login to view URL], with PayPal as the payment method. Right now payments happen like this: 1) A Seller lists a product for sale. 2) A Buyer purchases it, or wins the auction. 3) An invoice is generated from Seller to Buyer. 4) Buyer pays Seller the full price. 5) I have to invoice the Seller for my final value percentage, keep on top of whether or not they've paid me, and wait for the payment to come in. I don't want it work like that. I want to use the PayPal Adaptive Payments API in order to split or chain payments made on the website, so that every time a Buyer pays a Seller, my 10% final value fee is automatically split off and sent to me at my PayPal email address. But I need to be sure that this can be done, and get a quote for achieving it. Can you help?
