Display Statistics using asp or asp.net

Looking to create a central website to display performance and space statistics among other administrative statistics of our various SQL and Web servers. Looking to display capacity used/remaining, etc as well as processor utilization (few examples of the type of information we are looking to display). Hoping this is possible to display from maybe some kind of sysinternals or 30 seconds snapshots instead of logging into every single server to monitor
