crawling/scraping + making site

We want a website where 50 airlines will be compared, and clients can choose out the airline fits the best to him/her and book that flight, so that (flight info) as departure times, rates, airports, etc. 'YOU' as developer must extract these dat trough 'screen scraping', NO API is delivered so we want no confusion about that. Example; CLient comes to our site fills in 'departure' and destination, date and how many persons, etc. > than the 50 airlines will be compared who fly on this route (only those airlines are showed that have empty seats, so REAL TIME info) > the client can choose which flight he want and book it By booking the client fill in all (name, adress, etc, etc) on our site ( so not redirect to airline, but our site) VERY IMPORTANT: 'YOU' have to make a application that foward all this information AUTOMATICALLY (and real time), so not manually to airline, so it looks that client book by us, but they not book by us but by airline it self. After booking by airline, the airline confirm directly to client so not via us. Imaging a ticket cost $50 and we charge $5 handlingsfee . the client will pay $55 in total. 'YOU' have to make application that seperate costs of airline and our handlings fees, this application works AFTER filled in all by client and making his booking. Client pay only 1x, so in this case $55 (so not 1x $50 and 1 x $5), this application must seperate this automatically after client filled in. So automatically will be paid to airline directly as describe above, but also the $5 via the application will transfer to our account Client will sees on his credit card receive only: -Airline X + $50 -Our organisation =$5 ## Deliverables site must work 100% also all screen scraping must work 100%, we test all and than it can be paid ## Platform php or aspx or else
