In this c# project you must create functionality to trace around an image. There is a blue circle in the image below and only when my mouse moves over the circle must you trace the yellow circle around the blue circle. There must be a setting so that I can set how thick the yellow circle must be. Note: You don’t need to create any artificial intelligence because black will be set as an invisible color; so you know anything that is not black is the image. Please find the attached spec. You can use code from open source projects.
