I have all documentation to support this task. I need an command line driven application will take an audio PCM file and add a WAV header to it (an example is provided). In addition I need this application to take an integer number from the command line that allows it to add padding bytes to the beginning of the PCM file in increments of 1/64th of seconds (125 byte increments).
I will provide example PCM files and "converted" output files. There is a program called goldwave that allows you to import raw mono, PCM files and save was WAV. It basically shows you what the header should look like for these files (it is only a handful of bytes that you add).
The program needs to be written in C and should compile and run on linux.
Attached is a document on the WAV file format. Most of it is not needed as only the first couple of pages are relavent.
