Detect audio file volume

I need a delphi class to scan an audio file (from start and from end) and report in milliseconds the position where the desired level is found. I need it because I want to set automaticaly the start and stop position of a player. I don't want silence or low level sound to playback. This class should test any file the Windows Media player can play. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
