ActiveX App Installer

I have a desktop application that works entirely through WebServices request to an http server. This application was made for complete funcionality of a active WebSite. It's and executable file and also has a dll to be registered. I'd like that when some user get into an area in the website an ActiveX component looked if the desktop application is installed and offer the instalation. When installed an entry in the System Startup need to be created, an application group shall be created and a dll need to be registered. Also a quick link shortcut need to be done. ## Deliverables Windows based component. Full specifications on demand.
