ActiveX Audio Browser Recorder and Player

ActiveX component that operates in a Web browser. The recorder has the following functionalities: Play Record Stop Rewind Recording Timer Volume Max recording time indicator Parameter will be required such as: <PARAM MaxRecordTime="20">(Seconds) <PARAM CUSTOMERID ="1002"> <PARAM MaxRecordTime="20"> <PARAM AudioFormat="PCM"> <PARAM AudioQ="8.000 kHz"> Please review the sample that was not completed from the last programmer: [login to view URL] The audio recorder will be able to record an audio in different audio formats such as: PCM (Wave) MP3 As well in different 8.000 kHz, 8 Bit, Mono and above. The Component will need to store the recorded audio into the user's computer. The user will be able to enter in information into the Web page form. When the user submits the page with the text information along with the recorded audio, JavaScript will check if the user recorded an audio. If not, will produce a flag so that JavaScript will pick it up and alert the user. When the user has successfully entered in the required fields along with recording their audio, the user can submit the page and the page will submit as a enctype="multipart/form-data". The audio file will be transferred to the designated server along with the text information entered in the text field boxes. We already have a Java applet Audio Recorder working just like this. If we do not need a Certificate that would be fine. If we need one, we will MediaViewer will get one for the application. This program will be the property of MediaViewer Corporaion. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
