Advanced E-mail Checking Program(repost)

This program will run in the systray and will have the ability to check e-mail on one or multiple e-mail accounts (POP3/IMAP) An example of a similar program called ePrompter can be found here: [login to view URL] I will need it to be able to support all accounts such as ePrompter does. For instance Yahoo, Netscape, Hotmail, Gmail, etc. Please refer to above site for the complete listing. Also I would like to support generic IMAP accounts. For instance a domain you own. I need this program to have all of the features that ePrompter has for instance, checking e-mails at intervals specified by user, creating/del/sending e-mails, supporting HTML format in mail messages, and opening attachments. In addition to just checking mail messages, I want to be able to check the fields of the new incoming e-mails and have spam filtration. For example if the Subject line, Body, TO, CC, From, or Everywhere contains “test??, then I would like the program to del the msg or notify the user. The different ways I would like to notify the user are: 1. Play a sound upon receiving the message 2. Use TTS to read the mail message 3. A message box will appear 4. A popup will appear on top of the system tray then fade away 5. The icon in the system tray will change 6. Exe a prog 7. Will be disclosed once bidder is chosen I would like to support different HTTP proxy options. I will need the source and installation package (Including the TTS package) all bundled up ready for distribution. LANGUAGES: I ONLY WILL ACCEPT EITHER C, C++, or Visual C++ I would like you to design the interface to be nice and clean looking. Upon completion of the GUI, I need you to be willing to makes any changes to it that I may suggest. This program will be a trial for 30 days and will expire unless it is activated.
