Certificate dll

I would like a dll to be written for me. It should be in VC++ v6 (other development environments can be accepted if you explain why) This will be a dll which will be able to use X.509 certificates. Please have a good search on the internet before bidding on this project so you fully understand what I require. I require that the dll be able to do the following: verify an X.509 certificate Use an X509 certificate to encrypt/decrypt files and strings. Thats it. This project is much larger and more complex than you would imagine from such a brief description. I should also add that absolutly no windows API or Microsoft libraries (except MFC) can be usedin this project. This is to be a pure dll with all x.509 code in it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform All Windows OS
