DLL To Convert AVI Files to Flash (SWF)

DLL written in **C++ ** to Convert an AVI file - both video and sound - into a Flash (SWF) file. Assume the codec that recorded the AVI is on the PC. No conversions of the AVI to other sizes, etc. needed. Simple conversion. The DLL will take only 2 arquements - that name of the AVI file to be converted, AND a 'password' string only it knows how to decrypt. Include a sample HTML page for streaming the output of the conversion from a web site. Include a sample Delphi program showing how to use the DLL. It will be used mostly by Delphi programs Will pay a bonus after the job is complete for a version that can accept the AVI from a stream, rather than a file. Typical error handling for a DLL - if the file is incorrect, the codec not installed, or the file is not present, return the appropriate message (without crashing the PC. :->) May use the macromedia SDK as necessary. may use 3rd party components if approved by us - we will purchase as needed. Bids should include time to complete as well as cost. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
