DirectShow Filter Type: Renderer Filter Input (at the input pin): Mpeg-4 encoded stream (video only, or video and audio), the encoder used is either 3ivx encoding filter or XviD filter Output: RTP packets that are broadcasted (unicast) to the network (i.e. a particular machine) with a SDP file where the packets can be streamed by Darwin Streaming Server Configuration: a simple configuration box will pop up when the filter is activated for entering the broadcasting address, RTP port and RTCP port ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
