All relevant fields must be completed. contract consists of products in the health and personal care category.. This file will be appended to an existing feed and uploaded. I will post your additions once and provide you with the error report if there are any errors. After you make any necessary changes I will post the additions again. If there are any errors due to the content of the data you provide, the contract will be put into arbitration after the second upload. The feed is for a preferred merchant account. This is not the same as a zshop or standard listing. Be sure to study the ttached files prior to bidding. Preference will be given to bidders with experience in developing similar feeds. If you do have experience please attach a sample of a feed created for this program. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
