Create a similar website using Drupal 7

We need a similar web site but with less functionalities functionality. Details are provided in the attach file. Winner bidder will have more detailed documentation (workflows, entities definition for each node...) and the PSD and HTML of the site. Clone must be done using Drupal 7. Most part of the work MUST and can be done customizing Drupal rather than coding new modules. Front-office must have a custom design, but back- office can use Drupal style This is only a prototype, if it works fine then more work will be provided for full development. Payment integration is out of scope, but you also can do that part if you have experience with payment platforms within Drupal 7. Explain in which platforms/modules you have worked We are looking for a freelance with excellent track record in Drupal projects, that can create a simple but functional prototype in a short period of time.
