Add Features to PHP Script

The project that I am looking into is adding new options to my JV Tracker Software. Starting with the Administration Area: Currently there is only one area to put all the promotional materials for all the products that my affiliates can choose from. The area that I can use in this program is one general area. What I want to have done is make it part of the product setup, so that each product could have their own section of promotional materials. I would need to upload sales letters, pictures, banners and such. Also I would like to add an area in the admin section to upload rotating banners. Now when new members signup they can log into the members area and get either the referral link for the main website or for each individual product. I would like to set it up so that when someone clicks on which ever link they provide to potential clients that it generates a cookie on the computer, so if they return say a month later they get the credit for the sale, of course as long as they do not delete their cookies, or unless there is a better way for this to happen. Currently those are the modifications that I am looking for at this time.
