Affiliate program with tiered sub affiliates

This project is to develop a website like [login to view URL] or GiftFox.com. It is taking affiliate links from the sites listed below and adding sub-affiliate tracking to them so the user can earn money from filling out offers or get cash back on their purchases. The sites are: Commission Junction [login to view URL] LinkShare Performics Befree These sites offer sub-affiliate tracking which is how we track how much the user earns from completing these offers or purchasing merchandise. The entire process works like this: The user signs up for an account, they then can complete offers from [login to view URL] or the other networks listed and earn money into a virtual account. After they have earned $25 or more in their virtual account they can press a button from their account that says “Send Check?? from here we can export a .CSV file which a script exports and we import this into an internet cheque company like [login to view URL] so the user gets paid. I also need a script created that shows the products like the [login to view URL] site (like 3 x 3 on a page) and gives me the ability to add/edit/rearrange/delete products. This way you I add an indefinite amount of products. Each product would have an image, title, and description field in the database. If you don’t understand an area of this, try out [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] to get an idea of how this works. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
