I have a running faxserver (Centos) in Germany with a PMX, Hylafax and Capifax to send and receive faxes. Now we like to install Asterisk to forward incoming calls and to get an answering machine with forwarding incoming messages by Email. Because this server is running for some hundred incoming faxnumbers, we cannot break the service for a longer time and I have not so much experience about Asterisk to make this with only a short break or to switch back quickly to the running system, if anything does not work. I need: - installation and configuration of Asterix working with Hylafax for incoming and outgoing faxes with a short break of service - checking configuration of Hylafax - configuration of Asterisk as answer machine for specified incoming numbers - prepare of Asterisk to forward incoming calls to external numbers - short instructions to handle answer-machine and call-forwarding
