Auction Site Work

Take already existing auction software that is owned by our company and make changes as needed. We are 1st off looking for the look and feel to be more like [login to view URL] but will not be named anywhere close to that. Second will be a module installed that will allow LIVE auctions in real time online. The coder will have a chance if we like your work to become a long term person to do all of our updates and more. Person will have access to our FTP server where the auction will be hosted so they can upload, changed, edit, delete files as needed during the corse of this work. We are looking for work to be done fairly fast. We also need to know how to do the installs as we have limited web knowlage. Person will be FEDEX'ed or Emailed a copy of the software that we are going to be using and asked to assist in the install step by step. Possilby by REMOTE control via WINDOWS with supervision. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
