Automotive Inventory System

I am needing an automotive inventory system. This system would have 3 main parts to it. The whole database for all of our dealers would need to be stored in one MySQL database. The first part of this system is what I am needing a quote on. The description is as follows: 1. The CSV file is uploaded to the system 2. CSV file is parsed into the database 3. The VIN is matched against the VinDecoder system. 4. The information from the VIN decoder system is stored locally so we don't have to keep going back to their system 5. Retreive the information that is pretty much identical to this link:[[login to view URL]<wbr />/WriteFiles/[login to view URL]][1] 6. We would like to come back later and add in the ability to manually add-in stock photos. (This is a later thing, so please don't add in a price for this currently) 7. Search the local database for the information before hitting the vindecoder service 8. Display the information similar to the link I have shown. I will give more information to people via the messaging system. I would need a week- 2 week turn around time on this. Any coder is responsible for bugs and will need to fix them accordingly without adding additional costs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux,Apache,PHP,MySQL,XML
