Bet Before the Race

I need a software system in which I can input my horse racing lay and back selections on a morning before I go to work and allow the software to place the bets just before the start of the race at the current competitive market price. The software would be for use on Betfair betting exchanges. Placing my bets on a morning before work results in a reduction of profit margin by the time the race starts as there will quite often be "drifts" in price and also the fact that the market is not competitive at this time. When I place my bets on my days off just before the race starts my profit margins are enhanced. I would also like the software to automatically start when the computer is switched on and automatically shut down the computer once the final bet of the day has been succesfully placed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape. This is to be used on betfair.com.
