CMS Website with secure document management

*** Please feel free to bid on a part of this project. It takes multiple skills sets and it was hard to decide whether to post it as one project or three. *** 30 page website with CMS capabilities. . Newsletters function . Articles management . Scalable . Ability to utilize different front-pages and templates for different audiences/domains. This project might include creation of graphics: header, various buttons (sign up for newsletter, refer a friend), and a few others. Please specify if you wish to create these graphics as part of your bid, or if you would like them provided. Also require secure client access with messaging and document management. Client information will be gathered selectively (only fields required will be asked) and inserted into pdf files for the client to edit and either print or return electronically (through the secure access). We will only accept bids from proven coders. This means at least 10 large projects, I think. We will have documented milestones and payment schedules. Please specify the milestones you will use. Please address all questions in this RFP, even if you do not have enough information to make a final bid yet. Please provide at least a general price range even if you do not make a binding bid. A NDA will be required before the project is awarded. We have complete specs created, although I will be happy to answer any questions at any time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Please specify the hosting OS, the programming language(s), and the CMS platform (if an existing platform will be used).
