Cell phone java project

***Note*** The $15 is not to actually do the project but to explain in detail how you would accomplish the task. Based on your responses I'll have a better idea of how to proceed*** I need a technical explanation of how you would develop a cell phone application for the widest possible audience. Explain what programming tools and technology you would use so that as many people could use your application as possible. The application will have the following capabilities: 1.) Record events by predestinated “even types?? selected by menu. Basic information recorded would be the time of the even and some other basic numeric data. The data would be stored permanently up to the memory capability of the phone. 2.) Associate picture data (assuming phone has camera) with events. 3.) Issue preprogrammed alert alarms (cell phone chime or vibrate) using several predestinated alert types. 4.) Forward via encrypted e-mail the data gathered in 1 and 2 to a 3rd party. Thanks for participating ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
