Comment Script

I need a really simple script this is how it should work. A user click a genorate code button, they are then given the html code to paste onto a page that says "Post Comment | Read Comments" Then those links would open up (in a new smallish window) where they could post a comment or read the commetns... basically each time it genorate is clicked the smae links are given with a new ID in it so they can be sorted separetly in the database (keeping the comments for each genorate separate) Really simple, I look forward to your bids.
