Our website is a simply web site consisting of 4 parts... The Public information portion and The Client Group 1 portion (ad clients) and The Municipal Clients The Employee portion - to get docs, images etc. We'd like to redesign the site to allow us to have scolling news column (have now) The ability to easily update images AND text in the entire site. We are constantly introducing new products that we want to showcase. We need to have a MS Access backend that has 3 tables for 'reference" and 1 table that clients can input data. The input table uses the reference tables as the keys for data input. Images of the sites are stored in a directory and need to be raised from the reference tables. Our reference tables are large 25000 - 200000 records so it needs to be efficient, and the entry point needs to have field searches based in input text (street names) Both the Clients and the municipal clients need to be able to enter Work Orders for specific sites derived from the ref tables. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server - Database in MSAccess that we will draw new orders from and post updated refernce tables daily in batchss.
