Create a ASP/MySQL db for QUOTES

The basic approach I have in mind includes: a) Leverage an existing db into this new QUOTES db. I have spelled out exactly what I want in this requirements specification document (attached). b) timeframe is 3 weeks for delivery upon acceptance of your bid. c) You must use an automated test tool for this project (saves time and effort, plus ensures that all functions work as designed, esp. when changes are made). This means, you must show evidence that you have tested all the functionality and that all the functionality works. d) Add a word count governor that I can set for ADD A BOOK QUOTE and ADD A PERIODICAL QUOTE. Each quote stored in this system needs to have a finite word count. I want to be able to set whatever limit I want for the word count for each quote.
