CustomWP Theme for Pool - Spa site

I need a site look/layout/template, built in WordPress and very SEO-friendly, for a customer of mine who sells swimming pools, spas and pool tables. His existing site has too many images, too much Flash and very little text. I do have an iThemes all-access pass, if you would like to customize one of those themes. And I can show you some sites we like as examples. I would very much appreciate advice and suggestions on this project; I am looking to develop a long-term relationship with someone who's experienced in WordPress and understands SEO. I have more web design work that needs done for clients too, but this one is most urgent.
