Data Entry Program

CRESS Pro v1.0 We need a very simple data entry program for users to enter their information to register for a free prize. We need to capture the following fields: Name Address City State Phone Number Email Confirm Email Comments However we need the ability to add, delete or modify these fields as needed. This program will operate on 10 different laptops at one time. We need to be able to specify a network location for file storage and have the program update the central file every few minutes. We want to be able to change how often it updates. We need to lock out ALL commands so that no one can exit the program without a password. We want a main screen from which we can control and edit the information and from there we can enter “data entry mode??. Once in data entry, you can only exit with a password (which we can change). No Ctrl-Alt-Del and no “X?? in the upper right corner. Also we need to disable Alt-Tab switching and any other way to exit the program. We want a password box in the screen and that will be the only way to exit. Also we need a way to load 10-12 jpeg pictures on the screen. These will display along the top and bottom of the screen shile the program is in use and they will be the screen saver when the program is idle for more than a few minutes. I have also attached a file with more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Pro
