Data Manipulation Algorithm

Need algorithm that moves data from one table to another while watching for a value to reach a certain threshold and making some changes accordingly. Please see attachment for more details. ## Deliverables 1) Working logic structure to perform what I've outlined in the description section - I will assemble it into a finished application with exception handling, etc. 2) Source Code 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is Access 2000. All relevant (real) files will be made available for the coder.
