Autoinsert of advertisements from videos streamed from a video site (repost)

Coder should add a video section to my existing website which pulls videos from another website www.mma-core.com. ? The videos from mma-core are hosted on other websites but i do not have direct access to the source video at those sites. After pulling the video from mma-core, either by downloading the stream and rehosting it or directly streaming it, i would like to be able to insert overlay ads and my site logo at the beginning of each video (similar to how mma-core performs these actions). ?
