Banner redesign (from static graphic to Flash)

An acquaintance of mine wants to change his current webpage banner (which you can find at [login to view URL]) to a Flash banner, so that the top bit of the existing banner is animated, and displays a timescale, similar to this webpage [login to view URL] (his cafe is a franchise of this testarossacaffe). You will receive a psd from the original banner, and have to deliver a fully working flash animation, that he can just put into his webpage instead, together with all the "project files" (so it could theoretically be modified at a later time) The original psd will be delivered to you, once you have won the project bidding. The idea is that you change the banner (see attached graphic) and then I will present it to him, to review, and once approved the money will be paid out. But it really is quite simple and just the top part of the banner to be like testarossa page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional flash animation ("ready-to-run"), that can be put into the webpage as-is without requiring any changes etc (ie so just the [login to view URL] needs to be replaced by this file), together with all the required "source files" so that -if necessary- it could be modified at a later time. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should run at least on IE6, IE7, Firefox, and Opera
