Big Project - Due January 1st

I'm looking for a designer/programmer to customize my [login to view URL] website. [login to view URL] is a free community website. 1) I'm looking for someone who can design it. 2) Customize it with our information. 3) We'll also have pages that are outside of that (so you'll be creating outside pages that look like this site so when someone clicks on it - they can't tell the difference) There are lots of big companies using this right now.. I'm looking for a [login to view URL] meets [login to view URL] .. Looks like both of these people uses the kickapps application.. AND they have added other pages and incorporated nicely here. 4) This is NOT a public invite your friends social networking site.. It'll be login only. If anyone finds the site, they will have to pay like the rest of us to get a username and password. (I'll be relying on you to code that part of it) 5) We have a shopping cart already so we can do a silent login with the API. 6) The main goal: Crisp Exciting Colors meets Exciting Positive Focused Members.. 7) We will be working together to get the design of the site down.. and then, this site will need to be up and running by January 1st.. IF NOT SOONER FOR TESTING!!!! I'm looking for a honest, reputable company who can come through for us in the clutch. We have 140 people ready to go on January 1st.. to test the site that you create for us. We need a membership site created and we are hoping that you have already built the modules and you can do the programming and design work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform You'll have to deliver and have a complete working system by January 1st.
