Business: *Adult Membership Website*

Hi, Adult Webmaster/Businessman here. I deal with Adult Entertainment, meaning I have over 100 Models working for me. I am looking for a long term partnership with a competent, qualified, and skillful web designer/developer to design Adult Membership websites for me. I already have a major site which everything will run on, however I would like smaller individual membership sites for my top models. There are two options for payment in this, and all will be done via this trustworthy site: a) I am willing to pay $100 per site. And yes, when I say per site, this means that once the first one has been successfully completed, and I am 100% happy with the results, I will hire you to make the other memberships sites as our network builds. (Potential of 100+ sites) Note: First $100 payment will be sent UPON receipt of the first site, meaning no deposits or "extra" payments at the start. I refuse to until I establish the fact that the coder I have chosen is capable. OR, b) I pay 5% of all the profit the site makes permanently. Like I mentioned before all payments will be made via this site. So as you can see this is a longterm project, therefore I am looking for a loyal trustworthy partner. I am ideally looking for the following: - Female Web designers/developers ONLY please, due to the nature of the work I feel I can trust a female more so than a male. - 3+ Years of Experience in Designing/Developing - Excellent PHP Coder - Excellent Designing skills ie. Flash/Photoshop etc. - Needs to beable to code to a high standard to tailor the website to suit my requirements ie. provide complicated feature rich Admin area, tailor made payment system etc etc - NO Amateurs please! - DO NOT waste my time with requests for money before the project has even begun as I will put you on permanent ignore, serious applicants only please.
